Prism 2008 Volunteer Sign-Up

The 2008 Prism Concert will be held on May 16-18.  As you know, many parents are needed to help make the concert a success.  Below are a list of the dates and times that parents will have an opportunity to help.  We ask that you please indicate your choice by checking the box or clicking the button on the appropriate line.  Please feel free to sign up for more than one opportunity.

Please sign up by no later than April 20th!  Thank you!  

Student Decorating Nights:  

(No Parent help needed.  Students should come with ideas)

 

WEDNESDAY, APRIL 30 - 3:30-8pm

WEDNESDAY, MAY 7th - 3:30-8pm

MONDAY, MAY 12th - 3:30-9pm

WEDNESDAY, MAY 14th - 3:30-9pm

THURSDAY, MAY 15th - 5:30pm - Until Done (Tape & Hang Night)

Performance Nights

Refreshments & Clean Up

For each performance, 10 to 12 parents will be needed to prepare the refreshments for serving, and to stay to clean up after the performance, which includes washing the pitchers, wiping off tables and re-setting tables for the next performance.

Adult Chaperones

There will be 2 to 3 parents needed to chaperone rooms and hallways during each of the four performances:  (These are the rooms where the students are to stay when not performing.)

SATURDAY, MAY 17, 2008 - 7pm

SUNDAY, MAY 18, 2008 - 1:30pm

SUNDAY, MAY 18, 2008 - 7pm

 

Ticket Control & Seating

We will need 5 people for each performance to help with ticket control and seating:

FRIDAY, MAY 16, 2008 - 5:45pm

SATURDAY, MAY 17, 2008 - 5:45pm

SUNDAY, MAY 18, 2008 - 12:15pm

SUNDAY, MAY 18, 2008 - 5:45pm

 

Sunday Night Tear-down

We need parents to help with the additional work of tearing down the gymnasium.  If you can spend 30 to 40 minutes immediately after Sunday night’s concert to help tear down and clean up the gymnasium for classes the next day, it will be greatly appreciated by all.  

Many hands make light work that has to be down that night.
